Pubs

Weymouth boasts is blessed with an abundance of pubs, clubs and bars to keep even the most hardened reveller satisfied.  Until 1986, Devenish ales were brewed in Hope Square, a town centre location a stone’s throw from the harbour.  At this time, there were over 100 boozers in the town centre making it as difficult to choose a pub as it was to choose your poison.  Today there are still an amazing number of traditional pubs as well as the newer style bars that are now popularly springing up even in the most unlikely of places.

For suggestions of bars, pubs and clubs, we will only be too happy to recommend based on your particular preferences.  It’s difficult to write a recommended ‘shuffle’ so to speak as all tastes are different and the popularity or hipness with the in-crowd can change as quickly as you change your socks.
